Hongda Shaohua, in collaboration with Nanjing University of Science and Technology, has developed a liquid mixed-expanded AN explosive production line with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons. This new technology utilizes a "mix first, expand later" approach, enhancing the performance of expanded AN explosive by improving its density and water resistance while greatly simplifying the production process. The entire production line boasts a series of advantages, including simple process equipment, low investment, minimal online explosive quantity, fewer online personnel, high energy efficiency, high product performance, high levels of automation and continuity, and comprehensive safety interlock control.
