Yixing Yangsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yangsheng Chemical) was established in October 1958 and was restructured into a private enterprise in July 2001. The Company currently employs over 180 staff members, including 37 various professional and technical personnel. Located in Zhangzhu Town, Yixing City, at the southernmost tip of Jiangsu Province where Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui provinces meet, Yangsheng Chemical covers an area of approximately 113,000 square meters. It has a licensed capacity of 12,000 tons per year for colloidal emulsion explosives, 12,000 tons per year for powdery emulsion explosives, and 11,000 tons per year for on-site mixed emulsion explosive production systems. The products are sold across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, and other provinces.
Yangsheng Chemical boasts advanced technical equipment and scientific and standardized management. It has passed the ISO9001 quality system certification and has consistently been rated as the "Safety Production Excellence Entity" by the Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu. It has also been recognized as an A-grade tax credit entity by the Jiangsu Provincial Tax Service and the State Taxation Administration and has been honored by the local town government as one of the top three contributing enterprises. Guangdong Hongda Shaohua Civil Explosives Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hongda Shaohua, formerly Guangdong 309 Plant), located in Lishi Town, Zhenjiang District, Shaoguan City, was established in 1959 as a state-designated civil explosives production enterprise. It became part of Guangdong Hongda Blasting Co., Ltd. in 2010 and was renamed Guangdong Hongda Shaohua Civil Explosives Co., Ltd. in October 2016. The Company employs 60 professional and technical personnel, including nine senior engineers, and has been recognized by the People's Government of Guangdong Province as the tenth batch of provincial enterprise technology centers in Guangdong Province. It has also received several State Science and Technology Advancement Awards.
The Company boasts a production capacity of 30,000 tons of explosives and 55 million detonators, and 70 million meters of plastic shock-conducting tube. This includes 12,000 tons of expanded AN explosives, 18,000 tons of emulsion explosives, and 20 million units each of industrial electric detonators and shock detonators. Additionally, Hongda Shaohua has a production capacity of 15 million industrial electronic detonators. Luoding Hongda Civil Explosives Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Luoding Hongda) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hongda Civil Explosives Group Co., Ltd. Established in 1956, it is a state-designated civil explosives production enterprise. The Company was formerly known as Luoding Chemical Plant, Guangdong Lituo Civil Explosives Plant Luoding Branch, and Guangdong Minghua Machinery Co., Ltd. Luoding Branch. It is located in Zhongcun Village, Sulong Town, Luoding City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of approximately 110,000 square meters. It is the only industrial explosives production enterprise in the western Guangdong region, specializing in colloidal emulsion explosives with an annual production capacity of 17,000 tons.
Luoding Hongda is recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Guangdong Province, and its main product, colloidal emulsion explosives, was identified as a high-tech product in Guangdong Province in 2018. Currently, the Company employs 73 people and has a team of professional technical personnel specializing in safety, civil explosives, electromechanics, and economics, making up 27% of the workforce. It holds 30 national patents, including three invention patents, 26 utility model patents, and one industrial design patent. It has achieved 19 technology transfers and published 21 academic papers.
In 2019, the Company implemented a capacity expansion and technical transformation of its production line, increasing its maximum capacity to 8.5 tons per hour. Upgrades to the entire automatic control system and the safety interlock control system reduced the number of workers and personnel in hazardous operations, significantly enhancing intrinsic safety levels. After the technical transformation, the stability of product quality, safety production levels, and environmental standards were comprehensively improved. Guangdong Huawei Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huawei Chemical, formerly Guangdong 705 Plant) is a state-designated civil explosive material production enterprise, established in May 1970, with a registered capital of RMB 136.86 million. The Company is located in Yonghe Town, 11 kilometers from Xingning City, with convenient transportation. It currently employs 98 staff members, including 35 professional and technical personnel, accounting for approximately 36% of the total workforce. Among them are two certified safety engineers and three civil explosives industry safety production experts. Huawei Chemical has an annual production capacity of 24,000 tons of emulsion explosives. The production line features internationally advanced technologies, including the MGEPL-R Robotic Intelligent Automatic Packaging for Industrial Explosives and the JWL-III High-Temperature Sensitization Continuous Production Process for Emulsion Explosives. In 2013, it was designated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Safety Production Department as the nation's first emulsion explosives test demonstration line.
The Company has been recognized as a provincial-level civil explosives technology R&D center and a provincial-level enterprise technology center. It has been honored as a national high-tech enterprise, a provincial advanced collective, a fourth batch provincial patent work pilot enterprise, a holder of high-tech and independently innovative products in Guangdong Province, a national management innovation demonstration entity, and a provincial clean production enterprise. It is a key enterprise and a major taxpayer in Xingning City. Guangdong 401 Plant Co., Ltd. is a civil explosives manufacturing enterprise controlled by Guangdong Hongda Blasting Co., Ltd. The Company's predecessor, Guangdong 401 Plant, was established in 1970. It has a registered capital of RMB 15.83 million and primarily produces colloidal emulsion explosives with an annual production capacity of 18,000 tons.
The production line has undergone multiple technological upgrades and now includes intelligent powder-picking robots, AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) transport trolleys, and intelligent loading robots, making the entire production line more intelligent and automated, with fewer than five fixed operators. In 2011 and 2013, the Company successfully hosted the "Ammonium Nitrate Solution Application Technology Exchange Conference in Industrial Explosives Production" and the "National Integration of Informatization and Industrialization On-Site Exchange Conference," respectively, gaining significant recognition in the civil explosives industry at the time.

Established on October 21, 2014, Tongchuan Hongda Civil Explosives Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tongchuan Hongda) has a registered capital of RMB 35 million. It is a mixed ownership enterprise jointly funded by two corporate shareholders, Hongda Civil Explosives Group Co., Ltd. and Tongchuan Mining Co., Ltd., along with 27 individual shareholders. Tongchuan Hongda is a state-licensed civil explosives manufacturer with an annual designed capacity of 12,000 tons of colloidal emulsion explosives. The Company's main business scope includes the production and sale of emulsion explosives, blasting technology services, and the transportation of dangerous goods. Its products are primarily sold to Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industrial Group Co., Ltd. and distributed within the province to areas such as Yan'an, Yulin, Weinan, Xianyang, Baoji, Hanzhong, and Ankang, as well as to key national projects in the western region.
Established in February 2010, Gansu Hongda Civil Explosives Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Gansu Hongda) was formed through the integration of the original Jiuquan Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. Explosives Plant, Gansu Jingning Longxing Chemical Co., Ltd., and Aksay Shenwei Chemical Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Jiugang Group Gansu Xing'an Civil Explosives Equipment Co., Ltd.). The Company's headquarters are located in Lanzhou, Gansu Province. It currently operates three civil explosives production companies in Jiayuguan, Aksay, and Jingning, one civil explosives sales company, one blasting engineering company, one steel sales company, and two dangerous goods transportation companies. Gansu Hongda has a registered capital of RMB 53 million, covers an area of over 670,000 square meters, and has total assets of RMB 380 million. It employs more than 500 people, including 66 management personnel and 130 professional and technical staff.
The Company has developed into a group company in Gansu Province that integrates the production and sales of civil explosives and blasting services. It boasts an industrial explosives production capacity of 59,000 tons and an industrial detonator production capacity of 25 million units. Established on December 30, 2004, Inner Mongolia Risheng Civil Explosives Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Risheng Civil Explosives) is located in Gaomajia Village, Hongpan Township, Chahar Right Middle Banner, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, within the Keda Company premises. The Company primarily produces and sells colloidal emulsion explosives, mixed porous ANFO explosives, porous ANFO explosives (the production and sales license is valid until May 5, 2022), and oil phase materials (excluding toxic, hazardous, flammable, and explosive chemicals).
Risheng Civil Explosives is a significant civil explosives manufacturing enterprise in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a licensed capacity of 64,000 tons. The Company currently operates four civil explosives production enterprises: Inner Mongolia Risheng Civil Explosives Group Co., Ltd. Zhuozi County Branch, located in Zhuozi County; Inner Mongolia Risheng Civil Explosives Group Rihao Chemical Co., Ltd., located in Xilinhot City; Beifang Heping Chemical Co., Ltd., located in Alxa Left Banner; and Keda Chemical Co., Ltd., located in Chahar Right Wing Middle Banner. Additionally, Risheng Civil Explosives owns two dangerous goods transportation enterprises: Richang Transportation Co., Ltd., located in Chahar Right Middle Banner; and Xing'an Transportation Service Co., Ltd., located in Xilinhot City.
Established in May 2003, Jiangmen Xinhui District Runcheng Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Runcheng Materials) was transformed from the Jiangmen Xinhui District Materials Bureau.
In August 2007, Runcheng Materials, along with other civil explosives sales companies in Jiangmen, formed Jiangmen Xin'an Civil Explosives Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xin'an Company). Runcheng Materials effectively controls 100% of the Jiangmen Xin'an Civil Explosives Co., Ltd. Xinhui Branch (hereinafter referred to as Xinhui Branch). The main business of Xin'an Company includes the sales, storage, and transportation of civil explosives in Jiangmen. Currently, Xin'an Company holds the "Civil Explosives Sales License" and the "Dangerous Materials Transportation License." In recent years, the Xinhui Branch has sold over 10,000 tons of explosives annually, accounting for more than 90% of the sales in Jiangmen.

Qingyuan Qingxin District Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qingxin Materials) was established in May 2003. Its predecessor was the Qingxin County Materials Bureau of Qingyuan City, which was restructured into Qingxin County Materials Co., Ltd. in 2003. In 2007, Qingxin Materials became a shareholder in Qingyuan Helian Civil Explosives Co., Ltd., forming the Qingxin Branch of Qingyuan Helian Civil Explosives Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Helian Qingxin Branch), and obtained the "Civil Explosives Sales License." In 2010, Qingxin Materials became a holding company of Guangdong Hongda Blasting Co., Ltd., merging the operations of Qingxin Materials and Helian Qingxin Branch.
The Company's main products include the sale of industrial explosives, industrial detonators, and industrial funicular initiating explosive devices, along with providing distribution services. It has an independent storage warehouse located in Heyun Town, Qingxin District, covering approximately 27,000 square meters. The magazine is equipped with a 30-ton explosives storage facility and a 200,000-unit detonator storage facility. The safety evaluation of the magazine meets the required standards, having passed the safety production standardization review. For many years, the Company has provided sales and distribution services for civil explosives in Qingxin District.
Qingyuan Hongsheng Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qingyuan Hongsheng) was established in November 2020 and is a holding subsidiary of Hongda Civil Explosives Group Co., Ltd. In April 2021, the Company acquired the operating rights of the Yingde Branch of Qingyuan Helian Civil Explosives Co., Ltd. and obtained the "Civil Explosives Sales License." Qingyuan Hongsheng's business scope includes the sale of industrial explosives, industrial detonators, and industrial funicular initiating explosive devices.
It currently has two dedicated storage facilities for civil explosives that meet national standards. These facilities are located at the foot of Maotou Mountain in Qiaoxin Village, Wangbu Town, Yingde City, and in the Juelong area of San Village, Hengguan Town, Yingde City.

(hereinafter referred to as Hongda Blasting) was established in 2006 by key members of Guangdong Hongda Blasting Co., Ltd. to meet the market demands in Guangdong. The Company holds the Level II commercial blasting qualification. Through continuous technological innovation and promoting industry advancements, Hongda Blasting has earned the reputation of "Blasting Expert" by executing numerous exemplary projects. Mastering core controlled blasting techniques and precision blasting technology, it has successfully carried out several renowned blasting demolition projects. In 2020, with the support of resources from Guangdong Hongda Civil Explosives Group Co., Ltd., Hongda Blasting officially entered the field of on-site mixed explosives, marking a new era in mining services. Guangzhou Hong'anxin Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hong'anxin Technology) was established in March 2021. It is a high-tech enterprise focused on the research, development, and production of industrial electronic detonator control modules for the civil explosives industry. The Company is a joint venture between Guizhou Quanan Miling Technology Co., Ltd. and Hongda Civil Explosives Group Co., Ltd.
