Name
GrandEx™ Powdery Emulsion Explosive

Powdery emulsion explosives are a type of ammonium nitrate-based explosive formed by dispersing fine droplets of a low-water-content oxidizer solution or molten oxidizer into a continuous oil phase solution composed of specific carbonaceous fuels and emulsifying agents. Through processes like high-shear emulsification, spray drying, spin flash drying, or cooling and solidification followed by pulverization, this water-in-oil type emulsion matrix is transformed into a powdered form.

Key Benefits
Key Benefits
The explosive offers excellent explosive performance with low bulk density, good charge coupling, and strong work capacity, making it suitable for various medium to hard rock blasting operations; The explosive is resistant to moisture absorption and caking during its storage period, ensuring safety and stability; The explosive combines the properties of powdery and colloidal explosives, offering good free-flowing property and suitability for various blasthole diameters, with some water resistance.
