On the morning of February 20, Hongda Civil Explosives held its 2024 Spring Work Mobilization Conference to ensure a strong start for the year. The Conference was attended by Zheng Bingxu, Chairman of Guangdong Hongda Holdings and Hongda Civil Explosives, and chaired by Liang Fa, rotating General Manager of Guangdong Hongda Holdings and General Manager of Hongda Civil Explosives, with all headquarters staff present.

During the Conference, General Manager Liang Fa analyzed the international market situation and outlined the work plans for 2024, highlighting four key priorities: 

1. Advance International Business: Accelerate the formation of project teams and ensure successful project implementation. 

2. Support Investment and Mergers: Coordinate with Guangdong Hongda Holdings on major mergers and independently handle medium and small-scale projects. 

3. Enhance R&D Capabilities: Improve the quality of electronic detonators. 

4. Strengthen Interdepartmental Collaboration: Maximize production capacity, promote talent mobility, and invigorate organizational dynamism.

Chairman Zheng Bingxu congratulated Hongda Civil Explosives on its significant achievements in 2023 and wished for even greater success in 2024. He emphasized that the relocation of Hongda Civil Explosives' headquarters to Inner Mongolia is a major strategic shift to be closer to the market, asset allocation center, and operational areas. He praised the team for its invincibility and strong combat capability and called for a reorganization to optimize structure and improve team development. He stressed that Hongda Civil Explosives must establish a strong presence in Inner Mongolia, carry forward its mission to promote Hongda's culture, and pursue the internationalization strategy by entering global markets. Leveraging Chinese characteristics and advantages, the Company should use its world-leading technologies and products to capture international market share.

Finally, participants discussed key tasks for 2024, sharing ideas and suggestions from various perspectives to contribute to Hongda Civil Explosives' high-quality development.
