
On the afternoon of February 20, Hongda Civil Explosives organized a meeting to implement the Guangdong Hongda "1988" New Cultural Concept Behavior System. General Manager Liang Fa deeply connected the "1988" New Cultural Concept Behavior System with Guangdong Hongda Holdings' 36-year development journey. He comprehensively presented the system, which includes one foundation, nine main proposals, eight official behavior guidelines, and eight employee behavior guidelines, providing a concrete representation of the new cultural concept.
Liang Fa emphasized that the "1988" New Cultural Concept was developed through collective brainstorming and discussion among member enterprises, encapsulating the successful path since Hongda's establishment in 1988 and reflecting decades of progress. He highlighted that corporate culture is fundamental to a company's survival and development. It serves as the soul of a company's growth, an invisible standard unifying employees' thoughts and behaviors, and the intrinsic spiritual force driving the company's development. He urged all staff to deeply integrate the "1988" New Cultural Concept with business development, especially by adhering to the core values of "Achieve Win-Win Cooperation with Integrity and Innovation."
