Hongda Civil Explosives Safety Supervisor Yao Yuchen delivered a lecture focusing on "Common Accidents After Holiday Resumption, Main Risk Factors After Holiday Resumption, Unsafe Behaviors Likely to Occur After Holidays, and Safety Measures for Resumption and Production." The aim was to guide employees to refocus on their work, further strengthen their safety responsibility awareness, learn from accident lessons, implement various safety measures for resumption and production, and prevent all kinds of safety accidents.

Zhang Zhong emphasized that Hongda Civil Explosives and its member enterprises must thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statements on safety production and instructions on preventing and mitigating major risks. Using the "same classroom lecture" as an opportunity, the Company should enhance employees' safety training and education to ensure "everyone understands safety, and everyone can respond to emergencies."

Liang Fa stressed the importance of maintaining the safety bottom line, requiring all employees to adhere to the basic requirements of protecting themselves from harm, protecting colleagues from harm, not harming colleagues, and not being harmed by others.

Pan Peng highlighted the need for all employees to refocus after the holiday break, learn from recent accident lessons, overcome complacency, and stay vigilant. Enterprises must consistently fulfill their primary responsibility for safety production, strictly follow the directives of higher authorities, and implement the "Seven Ones":

1.Hold a leadership team safety production special meeting.

2.Formulate a resumption and production plan.

       3.Conduct self-inspection and self-correction.

4.Organize the entire staff for a same-classroom lecture.

       5.Hold safety special pre-shift meetings.

       6.Develop emergency response plans.

7.Perform safety checks before high-risk operations.

All participants watched safety warning videos, including the "Zengcheng District Resumption Warning Video," "Electric Shock Accident Special Warning Video," and "Confined Space Accident Special Warning Video."
