On July 4, Hongda civil explosives held a theme education reading class and Party Committee theoretical Learning Center Group meeting at the headquarters. The company's leadership team, all members and cadres of the department, participated in the meeting. Grand civil explosion Party secretary Lixin Hua presided over the meeting.

In the theme education reading class, the meeting focused on the topic of "on the Party's self-revolution" to carry out high-quality study and discussion. During the learning content, Shiguang Feng, secretary of the Party branch of the company's headquarters, and Haifeng Gu, member of the Party committee of Hongda ShaoHua, made an exchange speech to further deepen understanding. 

The meeting shared the results of periodic research on the theme of education. Lixin Hua with "Under the New Situation, Hongda civil explosives Transformation Thinking" as the title, on the current situation of the domestic civil explosive industry, in-depth elaboration of the Hongda civil explosives transformation of the guiding ideology and implementation path, simultaneous deployment of the next stage of the work plan. Adhere to the priority of efficiency, and strive for practical results. Pengju Dai , general manager of Xing'an Minbao, and  Xiangyu Li, general manager of Hongda Luohua, made exchanges and speeches, broadening their work ideas through mutual inspiration. Jiande Cai  shared the "Civil Explosive Research and Development Project and Frontier Technology Development Exchange", and made a systematic analysis of the objectives of scientific research direction, industry science and technology award projects, and company technology research and development direction of the 14th Five-Year Plan for civil explosive.  Guoliang Li, chief expert of the company's civil explosion experts , and  Laxiang Liao, assistant general manager of Hongda Shaohua, made an exchange speech and offered suggestions for the research direction of the company's blast research institute.

At the meeting, Guoyang Zhu, member of the Party committee and deputy general manager of the company, read the grand civil explosion 2022 annual "two best and one first" commendation document on behalf of the company's Party committee, encouraging the majority of party members and employees to learn advanced, do solid work, and then make new achievements. 

 Zhong Zhang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of the company, took the lead in reading the Letter of Commitment of Party Members and called on all party members to sign the letter of commitment. All party members promise to seriously participate in the theme of education review and rectification activities, carry forward the self-revolutionary spirit of the blade to the inside, adhere to learning, comparison, review, and rectification, and set an example for the majority of employees.

At the end of the meeting, lixin Hua gave a summary speech. Since the launch of the theme education, the party committee of the company has insisted on the effective combination of theoretical learning, investigation and research, problem review, rectification and promotion of development and other work to form a joint force.
