On September 12, Guangdong Hongda enterprise Culture Concept Seminar Camp was successfully held in Inner Mongolia, where RiSheng headquarters is located - Chayou Middle Banner, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia. Guangdong Hongda deputy secretary of the Party Committee Li Aijun, Guangdong Hongda discipline Committee deputy secretary, Party director Ma Yinghua, Hongda civil explosives Party secretary Hua Lixin, Ri Sheng Civil explosion chairman Feng Yongxing and subordinate east, middle and west six company team members, party and group heads of more than 30 people participated in the activity.
Introductory chapter
Mr Liu Haihong of Hanzhe Consulting Group outlined the importance of the enterprise's core values and corporate culture construction, and elaborated the enterprise's core values of "Chongde Chongxin, I create you win" in combination with Guangdong's great years of hard work and steady development. The exciting time is here! The participants were divided into four groups and discussed the core values and spirit of the enterprise, business philosophy, safety concept and talent concept of Guangdong Grand Enterprise. The representatives enthusiastically shared the research results of each group, sometimes shouting together to organize training, sometimes listening to stories, and sometimes impassioned statements, and the atmosphere was warm.

The company representatives told the company in recent years to carry out major technological transformation, fulfill social responsibilities, employees help each other, to overcome difficulties together, to maintain the original dedication to work stories, touching the heart, triggered a strong resonance with the employees present.
