On the afternoon of June 1, presided over by security director Zhou Juncheng, Hongda Civil Explosives Group Co., Ltd. organized the launch ceremony of 2023 annual "safety production month" conference. Hongda Civil Explosives Party secretary, executive deputy general manager Hua Lixin, deputy general manager Zhu Guoyang, all employees of the headquarters and workshops attended the site, the relevant personnel of member enterprises participated online.  

Hua Lixin, Secretary of the Party Committee and executive Deputy general manager of the company, made a mobilization speech at the launch conference on behalf of the Party Committee and management team, and put forward three requirements:

First, raise awareness and strengthen leadership. Each member enterprises should thoroughly study and apply President Xi's vital remarks about safety in production , and improve all employees' ideological awareness of the importance of safety at work.

Second, implement responsibilities and organize carefully. To carry out various forms of activities, so that every employee post personal safety responsibility into the mind.

Third, highlight key points and ensure valid results. Combined with industry requirements, improve the safety awareness of front-line employees, carry out hidden trouble investigation and management, and enhance the "three abilities" of employees (ability to alarm to police, ability to escape, and ability to handle initial emergencies).

Under the leadership of Hua Linxin, all the participating employees of Hongda Civil Explosives solemnly vowed to "conscientiously fulfill their responsibilities, not violate three laws and not hurt four norms." Zhou Juncheng announced the "Implementation Plan of Hongda Civil Explosion 2023" Safety Production Month "and deployed the specific work of the activity. All the staff watched the film "Life Is Heavier than Mount Tai" and the theme film "Prevention for the 2023 National "Safety Production Month ". Before the conference, all the staff signed solemnly on the banner printed with "everyone knows safety, every handles emergency".
