This June is the 22nd national "Work Safety Month", with the theme of "Everyone knows safety, everyone handles emergency". On the morning of June 16, the emergency rescue drills for production safety accidents was smoothly carried out in the headquarters.  The drill was sponsored by  Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province, co-organized by Guangzhou Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and undertaken by Guangdong Hongda civil Explosives Group Co., Ltd.. Leaders from provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Guangzhou Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Zengcheng District, Zengcheng District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Huadu District Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Conghua District Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Zengcheng District Forest Fire Brigade, Zengjiang Street Emergency Office, Guangzhou area civil explosion enterprise and other units were welcomed to presence, exploration and guidance.

The drill officially began at 10:00. Finding smoke and fire arising on the operation platform of the oil phase tank area, immediately the batcher took on-site disposal treatment on emergency and report the fire situation step by step. Liang Fa, general manager of Hongda Civil explosives, quickly launched the company's second-level emergency response in accordance to the fire scene, and the functional groups were quickly assembled to orderly carried out various emergency rescue work such as personnel evacuation, dangerous goods transfer, accident information reporting, fire extinguishing, safety warning, medical aids, emergency support.

After the drill, civil explosion expert Li Guoliang, Zengcheng District leader Yuan Fengnong, Zhang Hongwei, deputy director of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Wu Dongwen, deputy director of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, respectively, made comments on the drill, and Liang Fa, commander of the drill, made a summary speech.

In his speech, Wu Dongwen congratulated on the success of the drill, recognized the emergency response capability of Hongda civil Explosives, and pointed out that: First, we must strengthen the report of accident information. The occurrence of production safety accidents shall be reported to the competent department of the industry step by step in accordance with the provisions; Second, we need to innovate the training methods. Improve the participation of the participants, so that the participants including the observers have an immersive effect.

On behalf of Hongda Civil Explosives, Liang Fa thanked the leaders for their personal visit and guidance, thanked the competent departments at provincial, municipal and district levels and the forest fire brigade of the district for their strong support, and pointed out that, according to the suggestions by leaders and experts, Hongda Civil Explosives will polish the emergency plan and the drill process, focusing on "practice" and constantly improve the ability of employees to respond to emergencies.
