At 8 a.m. on June 9, Hongda Shaohua civil explosives Co., Ltd. Second Session of the Second Employee Representative and Trade Union Member Representative Conference was held in the conference room on the fourth floor. Party secretary, general manager Gan Dehuai, deputy general manager Zhang Guangshou, deputy general manager Ye Guoqiang and other 43 official representatives, 4 non-voting representatives to participate in the meeting, member of the Party committee, vice chairman of the trade union Gu Haifeng presided over the meeting.

Opening of the Meeting

The conference opened with the majestic sound of the National Anthem. Gu Haifeng read out the approval document of the Hongda Civil explosion labor union. Zhang Guangshou made the 2022 annual administrative work report, comprehensively summarized the achievements and existing problems achieved in the past year, deeply analyzed the development situation, clarified the 2023 operation, safety, cost control and other aspects of the objectives, put forward 14 main tasks and six work measures. Li Yijia, member of the Party Committee and director of the Economic and Audit Committee of the Trade Union, made the report on Three major issues in 2022. Ye Guoqiang briefed on the Preparation of the 2023 Economic Responsibility System Contracting Plan and the Normal Adjustment Plan for Employee Compensation. All deputies deliberated and approved the relevant report. During the group discussion, we discussed business results, management and operation, Party-mass cooperation, innovation and development, and put forward relevant suggestions to the management team. The meeting held the signing ceremony of the Collective Contract, and commended the 2022 outstanding team and advanced individuals.
