The experts visited the emulsion explosive production line of the headquarters of Hongda civil explosive company and the electronic detonator chip production line of honganxin, a joint-stock company, and learned in detail the latest progress in the comprehensive promotion and use of electronic detonators in Guangdong Province according to the requirements of the Ministry of industry and information technology, The development direction of digital electronic detonators and improving the impact and interference resistance of electronic detonators in small section tunnel blasting are discussed.
The experts attending the meeting agreed that the comprehensive promotion and application of digital electronic detonators is a scientific decision made by national ministries and commissions taking into account the safety and high-quality development requirements of the civil explosion industry and the people's livelihood needs of national public safety. Compared with traditional detonators, digital electronic detonators have significantly improved in safety, reliability and controllability, and can better promote the digital and fine development of engineering blasting construction. In view of the occasional explosion rejection problem of digital electronic detonators in the blasting construction of small section tunnels, experts and professors analyzed the reasons and put forward constructive suggestions. They believed that the seismic and impact resistance of electronic detonators and the mutual interference of anti networking should be analyzed and studied separately. In addition to optimizing the product structure to improve the impact resistance, electronic detonators (including chips), The impact resistance can also be improved with the help of new technologies and new materials of protection engineering.
At present, the electronic detonator is still in the stage of popularization and application. The summary of on-site blasting construction experience is not profound and systematic, and there is a lack of experimental analysis data and authoritative scientific and technological papers. It is urgent for experts and professors to carry out quantitative research in combination with the application scenario of blasting engineering. In order to give full play to the role of enterprise problem setters and the advantages of scientific research of professors in Colleges and universities, Hongda civil blasting company has launched "industry university research" cooperation with colleges and universities to jointly overcome the problems encountered in the promotion and application of electronic detonators, help the comprehensive promotion and application of electronic detonators in Guangdong Province, and promote the coordinated development of explosive mechanics, engineering blasting and blasting equipment in Guangdong Province.
