Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangsu Province organized and held a safety condition review meeting for the trial production of the intelligent unmanned process technology and equipment research and production line upgrading and transformation project of Yixing Yangsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 18,000 tons of emulsion explosives (gel-like). Director Yan Shihao and Deputy Director Shao Xiaofeng of the Civil Explosives Division of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, industry experts, and relevant personnel from the Industry and Information Technology Bureaus of Wuxi City and Yixing City witnessed the review process. Zhang Zhong, the deputy general manager of Hongda Civil Explosives, and Su Nanying, the chairman of Yangsheng Chemical, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, five industry experts formed an expert group to listen to the reports on the project construction and the preparatory work before trial production, carefully review the relevant materials, and inspect the production site. After discussion, it was unanimously agreed that the research and development project of intelligent unmanned process technology and equipment for an annual output of 18,000 tons of emulsion explosives (gel-like) and the upgrading and transformation of the production line passed the review. The provincial and municipal competent authorities supervise the entire process.

This project completed the research and development and equipment upgrading and transformation of intelligent and unmanned related devices and control systems such as "Robot automatic bag opening and Feeding, Unmanned water and oil phase Preparation System", "intelligent unmanned pharmaceutical process", "unmanned drug loading process", "unmanned packaging process", "unmanned automatic loading process", and "intelligent information Monitoring platform" in accordance with the scientific research plan. Conduct single-machine and interlocking control debugging as well as safety interlock verification. The production line is staffed with three inspectors and has no Class 0 dedicated production equipment throughout, meeting the requirements of the preliminary design approval and safety supervision in the civil explosives industry.

The leader of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangsu Province emphasized that the review of trial production conditions is just the beginning. Full attention should be paid to the issues raised by the experts, and the trial production should be carefully organized and carried out safely in accordance with the requirements. At the same time, the production site should be further beautified. Zhang Zhong, the deputy general manager of Hongda Civil Explosives, and Su Nanying, the chairman of Yangsheng Chemical, both stated that they would strictly implement the rectification of the problems, in accordance with the "14th Five-Year Plan" for the civil explosives industry and the requirements of regulatory authorities at all levels, to ensure the safety of trial production until the goal of scientific research project approval is achieved.
