From having nothing at the beginning of the factory's establishment to the current vigorous development of the company, he has been working there for 28 years. Through practical self-study, he has grown into a "local expert" in pressure vessels. He is Li Jingui. As soon as his name is mentioned in the company, all the workers can't help but raise their thumbs.

The boiler is an important auxiliary link in the explosive production line. Serving as the head of the boiler team is no small challenge for Li Jingui. Adhering to regulations, following procedures and operating strictly, his meticulous style is often teased by his colleagues as a "robot". Through daily efforts and innovative learning, this "workaholic" has become a technical expert in grassroots positions.

Ji 'an Chemical has undergone multiple expansions and renovations. For each expansion and renovation, Li Jingui was responsible for the technical supervision of the water and heating design and construction. The boiler equipment inspection, design and installation of branches such as Huolinhe and Baiyinhua also cannot do without him. Familiar with the drawings, surveying the terrain, optimizing the design and seeking the best solution, one can always see his busy figure at the construction site. The technicians from the boiler manufacturer also trusted him very much. Many technical problems encountered during the installation process were solved by this plain-looking "local expert".

The boiler door often cracked and leaked during use. Li Jingui inspected and thought about it many times and found that it was not caused by human factors but by unreasonable design and installation. So he boldly modified the boiler door, welded a small water tank and connected it to the cooling interlayer of the boiler door with pipelines. The boiler water from the boiler is used as the circulating medium. It flows into the furnace door through the high-level drop and is heated in the furnace to generate steam, which then returns to the high-level water tank. After years of use and verification, the furnace door has never cracked or leaked again. Engineers from Chifeng Boiler Inspection Institute have all suggested: We can apply for a patent now!

In 2007, during the construction of the company's modified ammonium oil production line, the construction party carried out the construction as designed and installed two sets of high and low pressure steam pipelines. On the day of trial production, due to the mutual conflict between high and low pressure steam and the inability to circulate, the steam pressure failed to reach the rated value, causing unstable operation of the unit. If not dealt with in time, it will lead to boiler shutdown, affecting normal production and even causing danger. Although Li Jingui was anxious in his heart, relying on his years of working experience and understanding of boilers, he resolutely carried out the rectification work himself. After working overtime throughout the night for renovation, the potential hazards were finally eliminated and the problem was thoroughly solved, ensuring the trial production the next day.

Li Jingui often says, "Only when the company is doing well can I become better myself." He has always adhered to his original aspiration. In his spare time, he studies boilers. Whenever he has free time, he goes deep into the production workshop to learn the production process and discuss how to better ensure production and safety.

He often leads his fellow workers to study energy conservation and consumption reduction, constantly improving and innovating working methods. Start with one jin of coal and one liter of water. Since 1995, attempts have been made to use the wastewater from the soft water bed to irrigate coal. The dryness and humidity of the coal have been well controlled, and the ratio of forced air and induced air has been adjusted to increase the combustion rate of the coal. By using the method of "frequent coal addition, less coal intake and quick fire suppression", more than 60,000 yuan of coal consumption is saved every year.

In 2007, the old equipment was renovated and utilized, and the high-temperature condensate water was reused, saving and reducing consumption by more than 300,000 yuan every year. Recycling waste wax cylinders and extracting paraffin wax is worth over 100,000 yuan annually. The steam and cooling water after production are recovered to the soft water tank. Coiled pipes are set inside the tank to increase the water supply temperature, thereby saving some fuel.

After the gas boiler was put into use in 2018, its cost was very high. He humbly sought advice from his peers, actively debugged and improved the new boiler, reduced the production steam consumption to the minimum standard, and saved production costs.

Li Jingui, who is dedicated to the development of Ji 'an Chemical Industry with a strong sense of responsibility, a strong sense of career and a calm mind, has received numerous honors. He has been awarded the titles of "Advanced Producer", "Advanced Worker" and "Outstanding Communist Party Member" by the company for 20 consecutive years, and has been recognized as an "Advanced Individual" by the superior Party organization for 5 consecutive years. In April 2009, he was honored with the title of "Model Worker" by the People's Government of Balin Left Banner. In April 2013, he/she was awarded the May Day Labor Medal of Chifeng City by the Chifeng City Federation of Trade Unions. In 2020, he/she was commended as a model worker by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and became a role model for fellow workers to learn from.
