On the afternoon of February 27, Li Zehang, Standing Member of the Shaoguan Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Shaoguan Political and Legal Affairs Committee, led a team to Guangdong Hongda Shaohua Civil Explosives Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hongda Shaohua) as part of an enterprise support initiative and conducted an inspection on safety production practices. Secretary of Zhenjiang District Party Committee and Head of Zhenjiang District, Lu Jinfeng, accompanied the visit.

During the meeting, Hongda Shaohua's General Manager, Wei Xuyu, expressed gratitude to leaders at various levels from Shaoguan City and Zhenjiang District for their support. Wei then provided an overview of Hongda Shaohua, covering safety management, security, video monitoring, employee benefits, staff morale, and current challenges.

After listening to the report, Li Zehang acknowledged Hongda Shaohua's contributions to both economic benefits and social responsibility. He emphasized that, as a civil explosives company, safety in production must be prioritized even above profit. Without safety, there can be no profit or development.

The delegation, led by Li Zehang, inspected the main monitoring room on the third floor to review the company's safety production conditions.
