47November is the National Fire Safety Month. Member enterprises of Hongda Civil Explosives have carried out a series of rich and colorful fire safety activities. From fire drills to knowledge quizzes and then to hidden danger investigations, the fire safety awareness and emergency self-rescue capabilities of employees have been comprehensively enhanced, building a solid defense line for the company's safe production.
Headquarters Workshop
The headquarters of Hongda Civil Explosives Workshop successfully held emergency response drills, fire safety knowledge quizzes and fire safety training activities around the theme of "Fire Safety for All, Life First".
The drill simulated a scenario where a material warehouse manager, upon discovering a suspected fire in a cardboard box warehouse, promptly cut off the power supply and used fire extinguishers to put out the fire in the backup pump room. Each team responded promptly and efficiently completed the emergency handling, demonstrating the employees' ability to handle things calmly and professionally.
During the practical drill of fire-fighting equipment, the instructor popularized fire prevention measures and escape skills through vivid cases, emphasizing the initial emergency response and the usage of fire extinguishers. Security personnel receive comprehensive training, including job image, dress code, etiquette and courtesy, emergency response skills, etc. Under the guidance of the on-site police officers, they participated in practical fire fighting drills, demonstrating outstanding professional skills and teamwork spirit. In addition, this year, on-site interviews and Q&A sessions were conducted to check the essential knowledge of all production personnel, covering fire protection laws and regulations as well as daily fire protection management and other contents.
During November, the workshop held more than 10 fire safety activities. This series of activities not only enhances employees' awareness of safety precautions and their ability to deal with emergencies, but also strengthens their capabilities in emergency evacuation, self-protection, and mutual rescue in the event of a sudden fire.

Recently, the launch ceremony of the 2024 119 Fire Safety Publicity Month in Xingning City and the 7th Fire Safety Sports Meeting were held at the Xingning Convention and Exhibition Center Square. The Huawei Chemical Voluntary Fire Brigade selected four representatives to participate in the competition.
The enterprise and public institution projects are equipped with "50-meter Double Harvesting and Laying Water Hose Rescue operation" and "30-meter Evacuation material relay operation". At the competition site, the company's representative team members were all set and full of fighting spirit. Recently, the first workshop of Hongda Shaohua organized all its employees to carry out a series of activities for the Fire Safety Publicity Month with the theme of "Fire Safety for All, Life First" in depth.
The workshop organized employees to watch fire safety warning education films, and conducted fire safety knowledge training and assessment. By adopting the approach of promoting learning through examinations, we aim to enhance employees' mastery of fire safety knowledge and strengthen their safety awareness. Meanwhile, a "fire-fighting skills" competition and on-site emergency response drills will be held. The competition items include assembling fire hydrants, hoses and fire nozzles, knocking down the target with water, and rolling up the hose and putting it back in its original place. The company's full-time firefighters served as technical referees, providing a detailed introduction to the specifications, distribution and usage norms of fire-fighting equipment, and giving demonstrations.
Fire safety is closely related to our life and work. This competition activity has enhanced team spirit, improved fire-fighting skills and emergency response capabilities.
