The altitude is high, the ultraviolet rays are extremely strong, it never rains throughout the year, water resources are extremely scarce, and the living conditions are particularly harsh.

When I first started working, the company was in a difficult low period. The market demand was sluggish and weak. The company's annual output was less than 5,000 tons, and both revenue and profitability were not satisfactory. The future was uncertain. In just ten years, the company has emerged from its trough and ushered in a new situation of vigorous development. The annual output of the intelligent production line has reached 26,000 tons, an increase of 420% compared with ten years ago. The operating income has successfully exceeded the 100 million yuan mark, and the profitability is very encouraging. Our products not only have a firm foothold in the regional market, but are also exported to many places outside the province, winning wide acclaim from customers. Once, an urgent task was received to load all over 700 tons of raw materials onto the vehicle. That day, the sandstorm was extremely fierce. The fierce wind carried sand and stones, hitting the face with unbearable pain. Apart from the employees busy with production tasks, the company's leaders and administrative staff rushed into the sand without hesitation and worked together to move the goods. It took one and a half days for that loading, and the raw materials were loaded on schedule and in full. Sweat soaked through the clothes and then dried them by the wind. The face and neck were covered with sand and soil. The eyes were worn down by the sand and dust, weeping profusely. On the clothes, yellow soil and white salt sweat stains interlaced, witnessing the indomitable spirit of Jiuquan Xing 'an. On this fertile land of Akse, even though the environment is harsh, we have no choice. Since we have made a choice, we must work hard and complete the task on time.

During the epidemic, the situation was severe. All the employees did not flback down and took the initiative to assume responsibilities. They lived and ate in the factory area for more than 100 days. The year 2021 was a special one. We had to ensure production while also carrying out the construction of new production lines. Once, there was a large volume of sales orders, heavy production tasks and a shortage of personnel. General Manager Yang Guozheng of the company took the lead and rushed to the production line without hesitation. Administrative staff also followed suit. Those who were not familiar with production operations went to move and feed materials. They were busy with their own duties during the day and worked overtime on the production line at night. In the second half of the year, the construction of a new extrusion production line with an annual output of 12,000 tons will be another tough battle. Everyone is like a warrior racing against time, working on construction and handling procedures while maintaining production and safeguarding the market. Despite the full relaxation of the epidemic prevention policies, employees were reluctant to go home for fear of being infected and production being delayed. Eventually, it only took eight months from obtaining the approval for the construction of the new production line to feeding materials for production. That year, we stayed at the company day and night for 350 days. Every busy figure was an ordinary hero, writing an extraordinary chapter.

In 2020, the company integrated into the fleet of Hongda, which is sailing far and wide, and achieved leapfrog development. We actively responded to the call and carried out a series of major reform measures. I am well aware that my parents raised me with great hardship, yet I have little time to be with them. My parents are always so tolerant and tell me, "It's okay. Take care of your health while working." Once, the school held a parent-child activity. He said in his innocent voice, "Dad, you go. The parents of the other kids are all there." But due to the work arrangement, I could only helplessly refuse. Their understanding and loss made me feel extremely powerless and deeply indebted. I know my ability is limited and I can't strike the stress of these two strings at the same time. I can only repay my family by working with all my heart and do my best to play the prelude of my youth.
