On September 20th, Liang Fa, the rotating general manager of Guangdong Hongda and the general manager of Hongda Civil Explosives, and Xiong Jiquan, the person in charge of Hongda Civil Explosives in Kyrgyzstan, met with Sergabayev Abusatar, the Minister of Transport and Communication of the Kyrgyz Republic, to jointly discuss the construction project of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway.

The China-Kyrgyzro-Uzbekistan Railway is a strategic project for connectivity between China and Central Asia and a landmark project of the cooperation among the three countries to jointly build the Belt and Road Initiative. At the meeting, Sergabayev Abusatar sincerely invited Hongda Civil Explosives to participate in the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway. He pointed out that after the completion of the China-Kyrgyzro-Uzbekistan Railway, it will become an important part of the international transport corridor across the Caspian Sea, further promoting regional connectivity and facilitating the economic and social development of the regions along the line. He emphasized that he looks forward to Hongda Explosives leading its peers in the explosives industry to jointly promote the implementation of more projects. By providing high-quality civilian explosives and blasting services, it aims to boost the economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic and create more job opportunities.
