During the Spring Festival in 2018, everyone was still immersed in the joyful and festive Spring Festival atmosphere, and Hongdashhao Hua launched the first stage of the technical transformation battle - vertical steel plate and welding steel plate; More than 100 heavy steel plates on the site should be safely erected, which is time-consuming and laborious. In order to speed up the efficiency of the vertical steel plate, Hongshan Shaohua designed and modified a vertical steel plate "artifact", which not only ensures safety but also greatly improves work efficiency. After the work of welding steel plates made people look distressed, more than 20 welders with strong light arc puncture "red eyes" pain side tears side welding, the eyes are really uncomfortable drop eye drops, adhere to 8 days and 8 nights, and finally complete the welding task, everyone's eyes are red, neck above the shed a layer of skin. At that time, comrades had only one belief in their hearts - "not a day's delay, not a moment's slack."

In order to set up 1.5 tons of cables, the party members involved in the construction orderly formed a long relay line, the two 95 square cables were transported one meter to one meter, and after 2 hours of hard work, the comrades pulled 240 meters of cables to the designated position. Looking at the long team, looking at a serious face, a drop of hard sweat, at this moment, the deepest feeling is the fighting spirit of the grand Shao Hua employees, the power of unity, gathered into the confidence of victory, comrades are no longer carrying a cable, but a hope, a vision for the prospect of Hongda ShaoHua.

In the installation and commissioning stage, and the race against time, there is no shortcut to go, only by encountering problems, continuous exploration, continuous improvement; I had to work overtime to earn it back.

In order to bring materials for trial production as early as possible, the detonator workshop employees start to work at 7:30 a.m. every day, and go home after 10 p.m. At the critical moment, they have to work overtime until 12 p.m. and 2 a.m. Fu Yongjing, Huang Dehong, Xie Zhenggang have never been absent from the technical reform line, often working overtime until late at night, they have never complained about being bitter and tired, only when the equipment problem is not solved on schedule, the production output has not reached the preset goal of remorse and action. It is the responsibility of Hongshan Shao Hua staff to shoulder the burden, perseverance, success does not have to be in me, success must have my transcendental spirit, and finally tame all equipment.

50 days later, HonghongShaohua electronic detonator workshop achieved the goal of pilot production with materials, and the symbiotic output of 880 electronic detonators. Three months later, the output per shift exceeded 3,000, six months later it exceeded 6,000, then it exceeded 8,000, and today the output per shift has exceeded 10,000.
